Q. Where can I find the Model Number and Manufacture Date on my outdoor furniture?
A. Items with upholstery: On the upholstery label of items with fabric cushions
B. Items with metal only: On the underside of the table or chair

Q. How long is the warranty?
A. Limited 1 Year Warranty

Q. What am I required to have in order to file a warranty claim on my ladder/step stool?
A. You will need the Model Number, the Manufacture Date, and a copy of your Proof of Purchase in order to file a warranty claim. To file the claim, Please contact a Cosco representative at 1-800-628-8321 Monday through Friday 9 Am to 5 PM CST. You may email us at customer.service@coscoproducts.com or fax us at 636-745-1005.

You may email us at customer.service@coscoproducts.com or fax us at 636-745-1005. Please provide the model number and manufacture date from the sticker on your product when contacting us.
